Author Instructions

The submissions should contain original, high quality, not submitted or published elsewhere work. Papers should be submitted electronically in pdf format and should be 5-8 pages including all figures, tables, and references. If the paper is more than 8 pages, additional pages will be charged (30USD per page). Detailed paper templates maybe found here:

NOTE: The submitted papers will be blind reviewed by 2-3 reviewers or Technical Program Committee. The accepted papers will receive Notification of Acceptance Letter and Review Form sent from the conference email box on the due date.

Paper Publication

Good News! Proceedings of 2018 International Conference on Mathematics and Statistics (ICoMS 2018) is achived in ACM Digital Library, indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

All accepted papers fulfilling requirements on quality will be published in ACM International Conference Proceedings (ISBN: 978-1-4503-7168-1). It is mandatory that at least one author registers and presents for every paper that is included in the conference proceedings. The Conference Proceedings which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library, indexed by EI Compendex and SCOPUS, and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).

For those who do not willing to publish papers can submit abstract. The accepted abstract can be presented in the conference as Presentation Only.

Best Oral/Poster Presentation Award: One Best Oral/Poster Presentation will be selected from each session and the Award will be announced at the end of each session.

Policy on Multiple Submissions

ICoMS will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or a journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the ICoMS reviewing period.

Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.
