Author Instructions

The submissions should contain original, high quality, not submitted or published elsewhere work. Papers should be submitted electronically in pdf format and should be 4-5 pages in double columns/5-10 pages in single columns including all figures, tables, and references. If the paper is more than 8 pages, additional pages will be charged (50USD per page). Detailed paper templates maybe found here.

Abstract Template

NOTE: The submitted papers will be blind reviewed by 2-3 reviewers or Technical Program Committee. The accepted papers will receive Notification of Acceptance Letter and Review Form sent from the conference email box on the due date.

(For paper publication, full paper is required to be submitted for reviewing; for presentation only without paper publication, abstract can be submitted for reviewing)

Paper Publication

All accepted papers fulfilling requirements on quality will be published in Springer Conference Proceedings in Mathematics & Statistics. It is mandatory that at least one author registers and presents for every paper that is included in the conference proceedings. The Conference Proceedings will be indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.

For those who are not willing to publish papers, they may submit abstracts. The accepted abstracts can be presented at the conference as Presentation Only.

Review Process

The submitted papers will undergo double-blind review process by at least 2 technical committee members or reviewers. It will be reviewed based on the quality, originality, significance, and relevance to the conference theme. The submissions must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Best Oral/Poster Presentation Awards: One Best Oral/Poster Presentation will be selected from each session and the Award will be announced at the end of each session.

Policy on Multiple Submissions

ICoMS will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or a journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the ICoMS reviewing period.

Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.

Best Paper Award

The Conference Committee will select two best papers among all accepted papers to grant Best Paper Award and the Award will be announced at the dinner banquet on September 06, 2025.

Best Presentation Award

The Session Chair will select one best oral/poster presentation from each session and the Award will be announced at the end of each session.
